Congratulations Emmanuel!!!

Yesterday Emmanuel Adebayor was announced as the 2007 BBC African Footballer of the year. A deserving award for the Togo star that is in the middle of a very impressive season with Arsenal in which he has notched 13 goals. And don’t forget, he’s only 23! Despite a disappointing ACN qualifying campaign, Adebayor is grown by leaps and bounds in the last two years and has made it possible for Arsenal fans such as myself to say, “Thiery who?”

I thought in honour of Emmanuel’s accomplishment I would pay tribute by posting some of his highlights. The first three are some of his most impressive goals and the 4th video is a compilation from the last couple years. Enjoy.
