Togo preparing for World Cup victory
Togo coach Otto Pfister says he is brimming with confidence over his team, prior to World Cup 2006. The German genius has a devized a masterplan, in which his Sparrow Hawks will attack, engulf and ultimately devour any team put in its path.
Keeping a track of all his players is difficult when they’re spread out from Darfur to Dresden. Some Togo players are playing for amateur teams in Europe, but that’s better than nothing. ‘Three hots & a cot’ has worked for others in the past.
Talking about the chances in Group G, with France, Switzerland and S. Korea, the maestro said “I think we have a good chance against South Korea and that we will play good matches so that the disappointment of Egypt 2006 is forgotten.” A win against Korea on June 13th would set up interesting games with Switzerland and then France.
