Keshi wins award in Africa
February 20th, 2006 | By: Nick O'Neill | No Comments »
Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced at its annual gala in Abuja on February 16th. Former Togo coach Stephen Keshi got an award for being the best manager of the year, although this was only days before his firing. Like the old saying goes ‘ you’re only as good as your last game’.
The gala in Abuja was attended by the 52 caoches of the CAF member countries. Chelsea cleaned up with Drogna and Essien getting awards. Mind you, Chelsea would clean up whatever conference you chose, they have half the World Cup players on their bench.
