Australian Prime Minister John Howard is ecstatic about Togo’s chances of winning FIFA World Cup 2006. The little genius spoke for the first time about his admiration of the Sparrow Hawks. When pushed to explain how Togo might win, Mr Howard went into detail about tactics, kick backs and kick forwards.
